Dear friends of Women From Space Festival!
The time has come to let you all know that after a LOT of thinking we decided to let the festival explore deep space for this year. Unfortunately our core funding didn’t come through so we chose to re-apply, rest up and return in 2027 with the spaciest party in town! We will miss all of you wonderful people who each year gather around this festival and bring in the playful, celebratory and curious vibes. We will all get together again, we just have to wait a little longer In the meantime, we will keep posting old WFS videos and will keep amplifying all the cool shows that are happening all year in the Toronto experimental music scene! It’s quite exciting. Long live the grass-roots arts Hope to stay in touch, keep sending ideas, and please don’t forget about us. We LOVE this festival and we will bring it back, spacier than ever! ❤︎ WFS |
